Shipping Policy

All orders from 5280 Makers are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact us at info@5280makers.com.

 

Where We Ship
 

5280 Makers is pleased to provide domestic and international shipping options.

5280 Makers offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.

  

Processing

 

We process orders during our normal business hours.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 


We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

 

Shipping Rates & Timing
 
5280 Makers has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website or in writing after we receive your order. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

  

Tracking Your Order

 

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at info@5280makers.com

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and cancellations are happily accepted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for returns. We ask that you ship the unused item back to us within 14 days. 


Cancellation requests should be made within 5 days of purchase. If an order ships prior to cancellation, it is the buyers responsibility to cover shipping costs both directions.

Customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Products that are on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Used items will not receive refunds. 

  • There is no restocking fee on returns. Once the item is received I will submit a full refund, less the original shipping fees.

Additional Information

ADDRESS CHANGES: If the product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping charges or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.

 

FREIGHT CARRIER SHIPPING: If your received order shipped via freight truck has visible damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was received in perfect condition'.

 

Delivery or In Person Meetup can be arranged within a 10 mile radius of Littleton, CO. 

 

Pick-up is available as well. Contact us for details.

Privacy Policy

We will only use your shipping/ billing address, and contact information for the following reasons:

  • To communicate with you about your order

  • To fulfill your order

  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

  • Marketing new and exciting products from the 5280 Maker Team

Wholesale Terms

We offer wholesale pricing to approved retail partners purchasing our products for resale.

Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to licensed retailers purchasing items exclusively for resale. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale accounts at our discretion.

Resale Documentation Requirement

In accordance with Colorado sales tax law, all wholesale (tax-exempt) purchases require valid resale documentation on file before an order can be processed as tax-exempt.

Accepted documentation includes:

  • A completed and signed Colorado Form DR 5002 (Declaration of Wholesale or Entity Sales Tax Exemption), or

  • A copy of the purchaser’s Colorado sales tax license

 

Until valid documentation is received, wholesale orders may be invoiced with applicable sales tax.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on wholesale orders if resale documentation is not on file at the time of invoicing. Once valid documentation is received, future qualifying wholesale purchases may be invoiced as tax-exempt. Refunds of previously charged sales tax are subject to Colorado Department of Revenue rules and timelines.

 

Wholesale purchases made for store use, display, décor, or promotional purposes are taxable and do not qualify for resale exemption.

Recordkeeping

Resale documentation is retained for compliance and audit purposes and may be periodically re-requested to ensure accuracy.
